At OneSkn by Valentino, we are committed to providing exceptional care and a positive experience for every client. Please review our policies before booking an appointment or purchasing products or treatment packages.

Refund & Return Policy

Treatment Services

All treatment services that have been performed are non-refundable.

If a treatment package is discontinued before completion, any eligible refund will be calculated after deducting the regular retail value of all services already received, rather than the promotional package price.

Complimentary or promotional services included with a package have no cash value and are not refundable.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10–14 business days.

Treatment Packages

Treatment packages are offered at specially discounted pricing.

If a client chooses not to complete a package, any remaining balance (if applicable) will be determined after recalculating all completed treatments at their regular retail prices.

Packages are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by the clinic.

Package pricing cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Treatment Provider Policy

Treatments are purchased from OneSkn by Valentino, not from an individual provider.

While we always do our best to accommodate requests for a specific practitioner, provider availability may change due to scheduling, illness, vacation, or employment changes.

If a provider becomes unavailable, the clinic will offer continuation of care with another qualified provider.

A change in provider does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Product Returns

Unopened skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt.

Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or purchased as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gift cards may be transferred to another individual.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, statutory holidays, or long weekends require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

If an appointment is cancelled with less than the required notice, or in the event of a no-show, the cancellation policy will apply cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment cost that will be charged to the credit card on file. For treatments with a value greater than $200, the maximum cancellation fee will be $100.

By booking an appointment, you authorize OneSkn by Valentino to charge the applicable cancellation fee to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Deposits

Deposits are applied toward the scheduled treatment.

Deposits may be forfeited if appointments are cancelled with insufficient notice or if the client does not attend the appointment.

Right to Refuse Service

OneSkn by Valentino reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment when it is considered medically inappropriate, unsafe, abusive toward staff, or inconsistent with professional standards of care.
